FISCHER type side fixing [problems]
Bullet Point Wood floors have to be pre-drilled with a pilot hole before the pan can be fixed with the coach type fixing bolt.
Bullet Point Wood floors are 25mm thick, the excessively large/long fixing screws [7x75mm] protrude through the floor by as much as 30/35mm causing possible damage to pipes and wiring unseen under the floorboards.

Bullet Point Concrete type floors require a hole drilling with a 10mm masonry drill to a minimum depth of 55mm to accommodate the plug for the bolt that secures the pan fixing bracket.


Bullet Point On tiled floors they are impossible to use.
